The usual warning that if you take anything stronger than a multivitamin to strongly reconsider the Grapefruit. Grapefruit messes real bad with essentially every medication out there so skip it for some other fruit/veg. 

From experience: If you take almost any type of anxiety meds, definitely skip the grapefruit!!! It will most likely make your anxiety meds not work as well for a few days! Not a good time!

as someone who can’t drink water due to sensory problems with it, this is super helpful!
